Kenneth J. Gralak is the Director of Quality Assurance with over forty years of experience in Auditing and Accounting. Before joining Wei, Wei & Co., LLP, Kenneth spent several years with small and medium-sized accounting firms providing assurance, tax, transaction support, and advisory services to Fortune 1000 companies, entrepreneurial enterprises, financial service firms, not-for-profit organizations, single audits, government entities, employee benefit organizations, and high net-worth individuals. He was responsible for performing financial audits, organizational and program audits, in addition to reviewing indirect cost rates and reviewing public and private federal and state tax filings. He is an accomplished quality-control professional providing quality audit services to both for-profits (including SEC) and not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the Accountants Club of America and a member of the Board of Governors. He is also a member of the New York Reviewers Group.
