He is responsible for managing our firm’s daily operation in China, focusing on public companies and pre-IPO clients with major operations in China. He has over 15 years of professional working experience, including working for the British Standard Institute and serving as a CFO at a top Chinese clothing enterprise. He has comprehensive knowledge in auditing, risk assessment, SEC reporting, financial due diligence, corporate accounting, financial reporting, China’s taxation policies, and human resource management. He joined Wei, Wei & Co., LLP in 2009 and has served over 30 public companies across different industries listed on the NASDAQ, ASX, and pre-IPO companies.
