Xuecheng, Audit Director with Wei, Wei & Co., has over 18 years of accounting and auditing experience. His clients cover a wide range of businesses and industries, including fintech, ecommerce, manufacturing, healthcare, advertising, retail, not-for-profit and government. He has served companies in the IPO cycle by providing audit services and assistance in filing the registration statements and working with investment bankers and attorneys to ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
Xuecheng graduated from Baruch College with a Master of Science in Accountancy. He is a certified public accountant in New York state and is a member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. Xuecheng is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn/Queens Chapter of the NYSSCPA.
